Each lamp emits a soft, ambient glow. The duo can elegantly coexist, or either can stand alone as a focal piece. Designed to use minimal floor or surface area, your favorite objects can be placed within the negative space of Drupe's frame.

Prompted to design and produce a luminaire with no prior lighting design experience, I aimed to learn and apply new fabrication techniques. Using mechanical and hand pipe benders, I manipulated steel conduit to form each base. 3D printed PLA shades provide opaque—yet ambient—diffusion.
